• Delivery time: approximately 10 business days.

• Duties are the responsibility of the customer.

• Free shipping for orders over €104.

• For orders below €104, shipping costs are applied individually.

• Packages are shipped with secure packaging. In case of damage, the goods will be replaced or refunded.

🛠 Damage During Transport

• Our high-quality packaging minimizes the risk of damage.

• If you receive a package with broken bottles, follow these steps:

  1. Take a photo of the closed box and the broken bottles.

  2. Send an email to shop@vinigambino.com with the images and a description of the issue.

  3. Report the damage to the courier immediately upon delivery.

  4. You will receive a refund or free replacement.
